Hi Rita Couto, I have the same problem. You just have to right clic on your .rar files and next, clic open. Open your game file and next, clic on Flux Family Secrets.exe. The game will be extract and will start automatically.

Don't worry about not being able to open the game. This game is full of problems. Someone should report back to the makers that this game needs lots of fixes.

The Stethoscope error was reported already to big fish games, the only workaround I found was leaving the stethoscope to build last after having solved the other puzzles.
