It says that there is no uis file in the zip and asks me if I'm sure it was a Windowblinds skin..

it is .suite format.

extract .suite file with winRAR. you will see Windowblinds folder. open it you will see zelda folder. add it archive in ZIP format and open with Windowblinds.

no...non extract with winrar.. change this format --> .wba and run it.
