Wow, they sure made the sequel to the previous Build-a-lot games pretty fast. Thank you so much, it's one of my favourite series of game .. will definitely enjoy this one.

Someone ready with level 44 ?

I'm only able getting a 792.500 rental income, but you need 800.000.

Really don't know how one can get it, with having two Banks and no negative house appeal.

I have seen people talking about level 37 and 44 so I know it is possible to get through 34, but I have NO IDEA HOW!!! LOL! I am so stuck. I have been on it forever and have tried ever variation. If anyone has a tip I am all ears!!

PS...I LOVE this series...thank you SOOO much!!! Though of course my husband thinks differently; I completely ignore him when these come out!

For all who are stuck in a level:

Always build a workshop and train the workers.
Try to build the biggest house you can, build a sawmill and if needed for the apperiance a gardener.

Short before you come to the end, make shure you have enough material and demolish the gardener, sawmill and maybe the workshop too, then build the last houses you need.

In level 39 build a worldbank as soon its possible an hire a financial advisor.

Short before the end you can demolish the worldbank.

Im still stuck on 44, maybe somenone of you will get through.

So you focus on the buildings and not the services? Do you bother with the hospitals and police stations? It drives me crazy to keep paying out for that stuff.

If I get past 44 I 'll help

level 44 you will also need to build a work shop sawmill and the garden center front row start with the bank on the left side then build a park
then the rest of the front row build the biggest houses
the second row bank park biggest houses
4th row all of the big houses upgrade all the houses to 3 stars paint and landscape them

It depends, in some levels you cant build police or hospitals, its better to pay for it.

I just finished Level 45 and so endend with the game.
Its a pity, that its over.
I hope, the final will have 50 levels.

in version 0.93 casual mode is enabled, this may be the final beta version.

did this take you 2 hours to downlaod? i'm only getting a transfwr rate of 25kb!! rapidshare sucks, but the downlaod is great!!

Hi,

You can always build a service next to a building, this way you have no negative houseappeal.
Be sure to build every building at the end or beginning of a row (not in the middle)
I've played every level and I always start with the biggest house I can build and then I sell it right away (so I have more cash to start with)
The last level is a real challenge, try to build castles on the premier lots, upgrate them, paint them and give them a garden.
By the way : thanks for the download can't wait for the full...

Build a sawmill and a workshop.
Then build the most expensive house you can affort and sell. You might need to repeat this step in order to get enough cash.

From then on, keep building "chateaus" and upgrade most of them to 3 stars to get more rent. As soon as you have 12 million, make sure you buy enough materials and demolish all your "chateaus", workshop and sawmill. Then build the chalets.

Better download the final version of the game, you can find it here at Downturk. The links are often not clickable, you have to copy and paste them into your address bar. Mostly the files are hosted at Rapidshare, so just look for http://rapidshare/..... In this case it would have been http://rapidshare.com/files/161193486/Buildalot3_beta094.zip, but better go for the 1.0 of Build-a-lot 3.
